New Management Company!Welcome ALL STAR Management Company LLC
The HOA is happy to announce that we have hired a management company to keep our neighborhood thriving. From this point forward you can now call, stop by or e-mail the ALL STAR Management Company LLC team with any of your questions or concerns. The board members will be over seeing and making all final decisions keeping with the CC&R's and bylaws.
Our yearly HOA meeting will now be permanently moved to the fall and we will be announcing this years meeting information very soon. Stay tuned!

New CC&R EnforcementsThe HOA board will be strongly enforcing Section 13. Garbage Disposal of the CC&R's which states 'The owners of the residential sites in said subdivision shall be responsible to assure that no garbage can or other receptacle will be visible from any place outside the premises except on collection day.'
Due to the various complaints and sanitation issues we have had with garbage being rummaged through and scattered or blown out of the cans, all garbage cans(including yard waste) MUST be stored so that they are not visible from the street.
Violation notices and fines will be sent out during the monthly neighborhood walk thorough from now on.
